THE BRIEF: As AI reshapes the workplace, SAP’s Learning and Adoption event needed to address fears of job replacement. The goal was to shift the narrative from anxiety to empowerment.
INSIGHT: What sets humans apart is not speed or data capacity, but qualities like creativity, empathy, intuition, and judgment. These are not limitations in the age of AI. They are human superpowers.
IDEA: Turn fear into empowerment with a superhero inspired brand concept. Under the theme Activate Human Superpowers, position SAP as the partner that helps people use human strengths to work with AI.
